Create: You and each of your guests will be able to build and drink a delicious selection of cocktails, chosen by you. Let Riskin guide you and your friends through the process of cocktail creation, including:

• The proper use and handling of bar tools.

• Identifying and communicating through common bartending expressions.

• The experience and fun of you and your friends each creating custom-designed cocktails.

• Use cocktail-building techniques and concepts to improve your bartending, mixologist, and cocktail artist qualifications.

Relax: Don’t even worry about it, you’ve got cocktails to make! Kick back and let Riskin and his staff handle every point of your experience. Riskin and his team will:

• Oversee procurement and delivery of all of the tools, supplies, glassware, and ingredients for you and each of your friends to be able to create your chosen cocktails.

• Handle all of the set up, clean up, and break down as required.

• Reset all of the tools, equipment, glassware, and ingredients during the transitions between each cocktail round.

• Bring knowledge, experience, guidance, and entertainment to make your evening fun, exciting, and scrumptious.

Learn: Uncover the beauties, mysteries, intricacies, and nuances surrounding the world of spirits, liqueurs, cocktails, and bartending.

• Begin to unravel the truth behind the legends, fables, and superstitions that surround cocktails.

• Dive into the tools and techniques of the trade.

Encore: Be the coolest person in your group.

• As the host, you will receive a framed menu of the custom cocktails created during your event, as a reminder of your exceptional experience.

• Everyone who participates in the Home Bartending Experience will receive:

  • A diploma from Next Level Parties, signifying their graduation with an Applied Mixology degree in Basic or Advanced Mixology, or as a Cocktail Artist.

  • A booklet containing:

    • Bartending terms, techniques, and concepts

    • Bartending tools and definitions

    • A recipe guide for the majority of classic cocktails

    • A recipe guide for the custom cocktails developed during your Home Bartending Experience

Rinse and Repeat: After your Home Bartending Experience, everyone present will have the option to purchase:

• a hand-picked, custom built bar tool set strictly for shaking cocktails, stirring cocktails, one consisting of those used during your experience, or the full set which includes nearly every bar tool needed for Maximum Yum.

• A set of full-size cocktail bitters, either the full set of Riskin’s (16 flavors), or those specifically designed for the cocktails consumed during your experience.

To create order within the chaos of unlimited options, we offer three standard drink packages, based on the number of cocktails you and your friends would like to make/consume. Feel free to add on additional packages (see below) for an even more dynamic experience.

• The Drink Package: We have three options to choose from, determined by the number of drinks.

  • 3 drinks, Basic Sipping Package: $300 + $75/person

  • 4 drinks, Basic Sipping Package: $300 + $100/person

  • 5 drinks, Basic Sipping Package: $350 + $125/person

• The Timetable: By number of drinks.

  • 3 drinks: 2 hours 30 minutes

  • 4 drinks: 3 hours 15 minutes

  • 5 drinks: 4 hours

While all the drinks will be delicious, not all alcohols were created equal. To determine the best spirits and liqueurs for your budget, we offer four different tiers that each highlight unique alcohols from a specific price range.

• Basic - This tier includes the majority of standard quality, larger batch products commonly found on store shelves across the country, as well as a variety of local options.

• Premium - This tier includes a spread of spirits and liqueurs that can come from smaller batches and be aged longer, giving them more unique and rich flavors. Add an addt’l $25 per person to upgrade from the Basic Drink Package.

• Baller - This tier includes a spread of spirits and liqueurs that have incredibly beautiful flavor profiles, and showcase harder to find products from highly sought-after producers. Add an addt’l $75 per person to upgrade from the Basic Drink Package.

• Ultra-Baller - Nothing matters but perfection. The flavors, the textures, the aromatics, the aesthetics. No bars will be held, no river will be impassable. The spirits and liqueurs in this tier are unrivaled: unique, dynamic, extremely sought-after, and made in very small batches. Add an addt’l $275 per person to upgrade from the Basic Drink Package.

The Food Package: Add food pairings to your drink package. Choose between cheese and charcuterie boards or coursed dishes presented by your personal chef.

• Nibbles: Add cheeses, meats, fruits, nuts, jellies, crackers, and other small bites and spreads to your experience. Each drink will have customized food options specifically paired to each drink: Add $15/person.

• Coursed Meal: Your highly-acclaimed chef-of-the-evening will come in and design a meal of three-to-five courses (one dish per drink). These exceptional food pairings will be specifically tailored around the cocktails that have been chosen for your experience.

  • 3 dishes: $175/person

  • 4 dishes: $225/person

  • 5 dishes: $275/person

The Sipping Package: While making cocktails, add a wide variety of unique spirits and liqueurs for you and your friends to sip on (a.k.a. your side bev). Charged by the pour, enjoy quality alcohols without having to purchase the entire bottle.

The Non-Alcoholic Package: The N/A Beverages Package adds an assortment of non-alcoholic drinks including sodas and other flavored beverages, mocktails, and juices to your menu. Add $10/person.

The Mad Scientist Package: The ambiance of an evil laboratory will take over your house. Your bartender will don his mad scientist outfit, and bring lab equipment, flasks, beakers, and dry ice. Great for themed events. Add $150.
