Riskin’s Whiskey Ginger Recipe is as follows:

1.5oz bourbon (2oz for extra strength)
1.5-3.75mL (2-5 droppers) mix & match Riskin’s Bitters
4.5oz carbonated water (carbonated water, soda water, or mineral water)

- Fill your glass with ice.
- Pour the whiskey and bitters directly into the glass - remember, you can always add more, but you can never take away.
- Top with carbonated water. If able, pour the water past the ice to the bottom of the glass, for better homogenization.
- Garnish with a lime or orange peel, wheel, or wedge, if desired.
